With 10 years of full-time fitness experience as a trainer and instructor in NYC and Boston, Jeff has been helping his clients safely and effectively get and stay in shape since 2010. 

 

Whether you want to build muscle, burn calories, train for a race, lose weight or just get moving, his personalized training regimens and private, boutique fitness studio for leading virtual sessions will help you achieve any fitness goals.

Jeff offers a wide variety of personal training options and

specializes in express fitness.  His expertise includes,  but is not limited to TRX, rowing, kettlebells, Tabata, HIIT, interval, boot camp style workouts and so much more.

Virtual Training

In 2018 Jeff also joined Regatta Fitness and a world class team of instructors to bring virtual rowing to life. Regatta Fitness offers live and on-demand rowing-based, cross-training classes through an interactive app: httpIn it.ly/RegattaFit19Fitness

In the summer of 2020 Jeff and the crew at Regatta Fitness will be leading live-streaming, rower based classes all over the world through the Regatta app. Click the link above and join in.

If rowing's not your thing, but you still love the idea of virtual or 'video' training, then contact Jeff.  With

10 years of experience leading live classes and 1.5 years filming exercise videos in a production studio Jeff has the knowledge, experience and ability to design and lead you through a workout session 'live' via FaceTime, Zoom or Duo. All you need is your bodyweight...and some motivation. Simple.

Express Training and more

Jeff's philosophy around training has always been clear. It only takes

30-minutes or less in a single workout session to create unbelievable change.  Do as much as you can in a 30-minute window then take a day off and...repeat! If you want more then a 45-minute session is always available.

 

So, whether you want a 30-minute session, a 45-minute session or you want to step up to his custom '300's Challenge' program Jeff has a large variety of training styles he offers and he will train you in his philosophy to effect real change.

 

You will gain tremendous strength and stability, increase your aerobic threshold and become the energetic person you always wanted to be.

About Jeff

Working Hard For Change

After making a career change in 2010 to pursue his passion for fitness, Jeff quickly became a well known trainer on the Upper East Side of NYC. He began his career in fitness as a MADD DOG certified spin instructor at CrankNYC in Manhattan and concurrently taught and designed 'The Workout' at Exceed Physical Culture. He is an ACE certified personal trainer. 

 

In 2016 he moved to Boston with his wife and two daughters. In 2018 he opened a private personal training and group training studio in W. Cambridge, MA.  This facility will be open again one day soon, but for now, it's the perfect backdrop for virtual sessions.

 

Jeff believes living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. His aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. His holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling strong, energetic and crushing goals in no time.
